Kept my car way too long. Not good to do that even if a rental is provided. I wouldn't want anyone to have to wait as long as we did for not much damage to fix. Disgusting.

Repair looks perfect. Car drives and handles like it wasn’t in accident. All sensors and electronics are working well considering that Caliber replaced the front bumper that is loaded with sensors. Excellent communication both through text messages and phone call updates. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for a friendly, hassle-free experience.

Definitely would recommend Caliber Collision on Frogtown Connector. Professional. Good work. Paint is metallic white and the match is perfect. That plus making sure all the electronic sensors were repaired. A lot of attention to detail to make sure that we don't have to go back for any sort of additional repair.

We chose Caliber Collision because of the convivence of the location and the recommendation from Travelers that Caliber Collision was a preferred vendor. Glad that we did! Caliber Collision made the best of bad situation. No one wants to be in position to have to have their car repaired. Caliber made the process easy, friendly and made us confident that the repairs were being done right. Both cosmetic and functionally repaired with no details being missed. Looking back to when we dropped the car off, Caliber walked around the car and marked everything that was going to be repaired and what was not (previous door dings, old scratches in the rear bumper). They were careful to review expectations and scope. Appreciate the attention to detail even from the start of the process. When the car was done, a similar walk around the car was made. All expectations were met!

The entire staff was exceptional through every step of the process Not once did I feel as if I were a nuisance to the staff. The moment you step in you are treated like they have known you forever.
