I found, both, the adminstrative staff, as well as the technician that completed the repairs to my vehicle, to be personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I have worked with other collision repair shops in the past, including ones that were owned and operated by long time family friends, but none made the experience more painless. I was delivered a quality repair, in a timely manner, by folks that are true professionals, in every sense of the word. I, not only will recommend this shop, but, after this experience, I'm unsure how all the others are still in business. Thank you!

Very happy with the quality of work and finished result. Friendly staff. This was the second time using them in less than a year. Updates were better the first time but this time my truck was finished a lot quicker.

The outside looked fine with the exception of the panels already mentioned. I loved my car before someone wrecked into me and then I had my car taken to Caliber for repairs. Once I got my car back and started driving it I always get annoyed. Some issues I have gone back to Caliber and they worked on them but they still seem to be there (a whistle sound from window and squeaking door). I also complained that the steering wheel goes to the left and I was told I would need to take my car to Pep Boys in Florence but I have not had time with my work schedule.

With exception of the panels around the windows on the left side the outside of the car looked good. Since I complained the panels have been replaced and are now great.
