This not my car, it is my wife’s car, as we communicated multiple times throughout the process. All communications were and continue to be directed toward me. That’s pretty poor customer service.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. The lady that I worked with on the actual repairs, Trish very thorough provided me updates in my car was completed a day earlier than anticipated greatly appreciate everyone’s communication.
