Its hard to find a good bodyshop and I would report on Caliber as I have entered in this survey.

The repair came out shiny and straight, but Caliber performed several tasks which were NOT AUTHORIZED. Also, they submitted a “supplemental” claim to the insurance company…which was denied but performed anyway. They did not contact me (as owner) to approved the work. I think we need to have a talk!

We have use Caliber before in Utah and we were happy that there was one in Walton Kentucky. They were great and did excellent on fixing our car in 5 days. Rubén touch base with me every 2 days It is great to have a company you can count on , and make fell that you are the most important they have. Out of a sale of 1-10 I give them 15-20

I would like to say that I have never had the awesome experience that I had with Caliber Collision. Katlynn kept me updated through the whole process of having my Nissan Rogue repaired. I have been to a few other body shops and they just told me that they would call me when my car was finished. I am very pleased with the work your team did on my Nissan Rogue.
