The repair looks great. No complaints there. The communication was pretty terrible. The car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I never received any updates or calls unless I reached out. It was a minor annoyance but in the end it worked out great so it was still a positive experience.

Everyone was nice and kind. An estimate was provided and they were able to work me in when I was ready. They kept me informed during the process and were able to complete the repairs before the estimated date it would be ready.
