Communication was wonderful. I was notified throughout the process, which I never got at another company that we previously used. When the truck was completed, they had it sitting right up front waiting for us to pick up. We looked it over and we’re very pleased with the outcome. I hope we do not need to use you again (no offense) but if we do we surely will and we will share our experience with others.

Great communication on the progress of the work being done. A technician did some minor damage to the vehicle which delayed the pickup by 5 days. That was frustrating and was not offered anything for the inconvenience such as a loaner car, etc.
