I loved the text feature, i believe that tool is incredible for updates because when you’re at work you can’t always answer phone calls so texting updates was extremely helpful.

Over all everything was done well and professionally but there were two areas of the car that were not taken care of, the hood there is still a small spot where paint is missing and on the driver side above the door on the frame it looks like it was sanded but not painted to match but overall happy with the team and the time it took to complete

My only complaints are that all your messages come to David and he never dealt with you. My name is Nancy, this is my phone #, it was my car and I was the one who called, brought my car in and picked it up and paid for it. And when I showed up, cash in hand to pay, I was told you don’t take cash. That is something I should have been told ahead of time. I absolutely did not want to put this on my credit card and would have brought my check book to pay.
