Chris Crees, our Service Advisor, was wonderful to work with. My son’s vehicle was involved in a no fault accident and the insurance of the other driver covered the repairs and the rental. Chris took a keen interest in getting the repairs done while we stepped out of the country for the holidays. Unfortunately the repairs went over the promised date and my son had to go back to school in my vehicle. Chris stayed on top of the work and kept me appraised of the work, explaining clearly where he was with the repairs and where the hold up was. He worked with the GM to get it completed the soonest. Since it is a stick when repaired he personally drove the car to my door and had his company vehicle pick him up. Excellent attitude and great empathy. Very rare to find this level of service. Please thank him for me.

Just checking that all the electrical parts of the repair are correct but everything else was to my liking. The driver side turn signal was out after the front bumper repair.

I appreciated the regular updates. The vehicle was not rushed to meet a deadline. The safety and performance of the vehicle was paramount. Aesthetically, the vehicle looks great. It has also been driving well. I did fail a state inspection this afternoon. The technician told me to drive it at least 100 miles before returning. Thank you.
