I was so impressed with the service at caliber collision. From the front desk receptionist to the manager to my rep, Chris, service was flawless, courteous, kind, professional, and timely. They did what they said they were going to do. The work on our Honda looks fantastic. I very much appreciate the care that Chris took to answering questions and explaining the process. Communication from this team as well as through text re: status of my car was definitely a 5/5 stars! I’d recommend this branch in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The repair itself looked great. Unfortunately the QC did not catch the sunroof visor off track, I found 3 bolts inside the car that go who knows where and one of the rubber bumpers for the hood was just laying on the engine.
