Took a long time but that was ok in my case. Rental/loaner difficult to learn, could have used diagrams and manual instead of trial & error. Everyone courteous and accommodating.

I was a little unhappy with the service I received from this Caliber Collision. They never really knew what day my car would be ready and left me hanging thinking it would be done the next day every single day until it was there for longer than a week and I stopped believing or thinking it would be done when they said it would be. Then once getting my car the customer service was lacking and no one understood my cars light function and told me that it wasn't working. After taking it to the dealership we discovered that they were working fine. On top of everything my car was left really dusty and dirty inside. Very disappointing. However my repairs of my car were done well, so no complaints there.
