My car was repaired to my satisfaction. I did notice an issue post the initial repair. Larry was exceptionally courteous when I reported it to him. He agreed to take care of the problem and arranged for a rental during the period of the repair. I am happy with the service and the Caliber team did their best to put my car back on the road at the earliest. A thank you to the Caliber team!

I do not feel that the quality of work is acceptable. I don't feel like my repairs were given the needed attention although they kept my vehicle for about two weeks or more. Also, when I dropped off my vehicle, there was no crack in the windshield. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was a long crack on the passenger side of the front windshield. They told me that it was there and they notated it in pictures, but I was not notified of the crack. I had to pay for a windshield repair following the other repairs. I was not happy with the communication at all.

I am very satisfied with the front desk help, but I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the attentiveness to my concerns about the quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle back and showed the collision consultant my concerns with how poorly the vehicle was put back together. He informed me that it was just a plastic bracket that needed to be replaced. He was going to order it, but I have not heard from them in almost two weeks with no follow up. I had to call after my vehicle had been in the shop for a out a week to get updates on when it would be ready.
