I would give a 10 but I have only had the car a few days and can't tell how well the parts fit, or whether the paint will continue to match when exposed to the elements

Customer service rep went above and beyond. I noticed a tail light was not working when i picked up the car. Bulb was replaced for me with no extra charge.

Everyone there is friendly! This is the second time I've used a Caliber Collision and both times have been extremely fast and quality work! I even left my house keys there and someone brought them to me! I was extremely grateful for that! I would defiantly refer my friends and family here!
