I wasn't looking forward to it. Extremely pleasantly surprised and 100% pleased. I actually enjoyed the whole drag wrecked car in because some knuckle head crashed into me. Caliber was superb taking care of the damage my little 2010 Ford Focus looked beautiful when I picked it up!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Even though the bumper did not get properly attached and a warning light popped up4 days later, they did not hesitate to pop off the bumper, tighten the loose connection and get my front daylight lamp working again.
