3 days before I left the country, I was slammed into by an elderly lady that was driving distracted. Worse timing. I drove the car to Caliber the same day and was taken care by Grecia and Shelby. My case was complicated. I needed to leave the car behind as I was going to Japan for a month in order to prep for a conference with Japanese investors in the USA. As soon as I come back to the USA, I would need the car also. The team fixed the car, held it for me for a month. Drove it around the parking lot to make sure that the battery did not die and waited for me to make it back from the airport on a Friday night so I can get the car back before the weekend given that they close. Overall - they went above and beyond and saved me from a LOT of headaches. Truly appreciate then working their best in order to make this as easy as possible for me.

I was given top tier service every step of my process. Natalie and Grace were able to answer all of my questions and kept me updated along the way. My car was finished in about 2 weeks and upon receiving my car, they had it cleaned and detailed.

Caliber went above and beyond and did an awesome job on my Explorer! The process from start to finish was very smooth and the staff made the processs very easy for me. This was my 2nd repair at this shop (the first one was in 2021) and the work was outstanding both times!
