Working with the staff of Caliber Collision on West Park Boulevard (Plano, TX) was a joy. Every member of the repair team Is a great representative of your company: Natalie, your receptionist was polite (always greeted me with a “good morning”) and was prompt in directing my questions to the appropriate person; Grace, the service advisor, kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and was always upbeat and cheerful, and extremely polite; Josh and Paul, were straight-forward with their assessment of the damage and provided a full record of damages and repairs needed. They, too, were friendly and courteous. Andrew, the porter, was friendly and easy-going and prompt in picking me up and dropping me off. They each, in their own way, made a difficult situation easier and stress-free. Thank you for all your professionalism, courtesy, and beautiful repair work. I recommend Caliber Collision wholeheartedly and without reservation!

Chris was great. Explained everything in detail and walked me through the repairs. Caliber updated me frequently on their progress and it turned out great! Chris even recommended a product to help with the look of my car!

I have never had to deal with body work on my car before so I was overwhelmed at the idea of having to go through the process but am so glad that my insurance referred this Caliber Collision location to me. It was such a seamless, fully transparent process and Chris Cress was amazing! He was thorough in his explanation of how everything worked and what to expect, he provided very timely updates and my car was done nearly a week ahead of the estimated timeframe, showing how efficient they are. To top it all off, when I went to pick up my car it was squeaky clean from the inside, out which I had no idea they would do and I’m so grateful for it! An added plus was Chris helping coordinate a ride home for me when I dropped off my car and didn’t have rental car set up (shout out to Andrew for the safe ride home!). I’ve truly had a 10/10 experience here and know where I will be going if I ever need additional work!
