this is the second time I’ve had to have my car repaired (no fault of my own lol) by Caliber Collision. Each time they have been incredibly professional, efficient and they go above and beyond. I had recently lost my husband and briefly mentioned I would not be able to pick up my vehicle until after his celebration of life. (they had my car ready sooner than originally estimated!) When I picked up the vehicle, they had a beautiful flower arrangement, waiting for me. It’s things like this that set a company apart from the rest. Kudos to the entire team at Caliber in West Sacramento!

It was great working with Darcy at caliber collision! She was very responsive and she advised me of other damages to my vehicle after their technician opened up the damaged part of my vehicle. My car was fixed the on a timely basis. They scheduled a rental vehicle for me. I would recommend this business.
