Yes, top notch, courtesy, never hurried,we felt like we were the only customer.😊 Facility was clean, waiting room, coffee, popcorn water were offered, but most of all, through explained the whole process, answered all questions asked. Joe Gately & staff made us know ALL would be OK ! When you are older that means the world 😊
