The repair took a very long time. One repair cost kept getting more expensive and it seemed very minor. Overall cost seemed out of proportion. I was not receiving regular updates and had to call in to find out what was the status. Several miscommunications that delayed picking up my car. There is a paint drip and a minor dent in the affected area. The initial intake went well.

The staff were extremely helpful. Maleek kept me updated during the repairs, and the final result was incredible! I couldn’t tell where the original dent was, or identify almost any of the paint scratches. I hope I don’t need to visit a repair place again, but if I do, Caliber did an incredible job.
