The estimator, Eric, was very professional and easy to talk to. He knows what he is talking about, was straight foward and made the repair process easy to understand. The young ladies in the office were very friendly as well and also were very easy to talk to. Helped me understand the paper work and rental car process. Definitely relieved some stress after speaking with them!

The office staff was friendly and thorough and Torrence was definitely personable and accurate and the updates left me with no questions. I Wish I did not have to get my car repaired... but this Caliber location made the process easy!

My experience was awesome after my unfortunate disagreement with bambi.. my truck looks better than it did when I first purchased it in my opinion these guys did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs.

I hoped the repair not take as long as stated. They provided the latest possible date to ensure delivery. I believe it could have been completed sooner but they ordered the wrong bumper which makes me wonder did they use the VIN number to order the parts. That delay created a few more days of repair that I believe pops have been avoided.

Everything was great. Torrance did an awesome job keeping me informed. The front desk staff was very accommodating allowing me to make my payments over the phone as I work in DC so it’s hard for me to make it back that way before closing that helped a lot.
