Absolutely Worse experience ever. I’m not even mad about the battery but to lie and not tell me you had to jump the car to bring it up and then have me stranded with my daughter is just foul. This shows the integrity of Torrance too and that’s why he took so long to bring the car up which made me walk to the back of the shop and catch him trying to wipe the car down but I already seen his finger prints on the hood. Then he said he just wanted to wipe the car down again. He knew then that the battery was having issues but declined to tell me because he knew they had drained and killed my battery. This is acceptable and will be taking action since no one wanted to help me or just be honest.

The exterior of the vehicle looks great! But I’m noticing a grinding feeling when driving. Not sure if it was looked at when the vehicle was taken to the shop for repairs

The technician was very, very nice. When I arrived he explained to me what had to be done. But more may have to done once the bumper waa removed. When I picked the car up he walked me to the car and explained what waa done. He kept in great communication with entire week. A+ service!

I am giving it a 6 because they were finally completed. I was told to pick up the vehicle and there were missing pieces that NO ONE bothered to inform me of until we looked and saw missing pieces. Once pieces were installed I picked up vehicle only to return it because things were done incorrectly

The lack of communication during the process was horrible. Most times I initiated the dialogue. It was bad enough that the repairs took several weeks beyond initial completion date but the lack of informing me and the care that was taken of my vehicle while it was in your possession was far from expected.
