Caliber collision was spot on with being transparent with process! There were weekly updates of what stage it was in from breaking my car down to it was ready and now complete! I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs

The repair was good from what I can tell so far. My complaints are that one of the front desk girls, Sade (Shaday) is not professional and could use some serious training. She mumbles under her breath the whole time she’s helping you and uses profanity while dealing with customers. She overshares telling me her stomach hurt and then she repeatedly said “oh hell” while she was working with me every time something annoyed her or she made a mistake. Also, no one called me until my car was basically ready. I expected a call or text update a day or two after dropping it off so that I could understand what repairs were needed. I went out of my way to request caliber when State Farm recommended a different facility, but I’m disappointed. Overall my experience is rated much lower than my past visits and I’ll think twice about returning. Ill try crash kings next time
