This is the second time that I have brought my car to Caliber Collision (two different incidents) and I have been pleased both times. The staff is super friendly. Ms. Wanda, is always friendly, kind and personable. Ms. Michelle made sure that my car rental was updated even the first time when the car rental kept saying they would charge me although my insurance rental agreement stated something else. Dora kept me updated on everything, let me know when my car was in different phases until it was done. Although it took longer than estimated I thank them for making sure my car was safe to drive and everything was done and looking good as new. I don't know who worked on my car but I thank you soooooo much! I greatly appreciate your hard work. Thank you so much Caliber Collision White Plains! I greatly appreciate all that you guys do.

I have used Caliber in the past and was very pleased with the service provided. This was the main reason why I selected Caliber again this time around. I was kept in the loop on when repair was to be completed. Also every staff member I came in contact was very pleasant and professional. If necessary, I will use Caliber again.
