The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They did all, within reason, to transact business on a very professional platform. Customer was notified of progress and completion dates. Before taking my vehicle, I noted that the bumper was not flush. It was not sitting correctly. The repair rep took pictures and said he would contact me about a follow up to fix it. Still waiting to hear from Caliber on that. Outside of that, the repair was done well. Just want my bumper to be attached correctly to my vehicle.
