Repair rep kept me informed every step of the way. Awesome service from the moment we dropped the vehicle off (snacks/water) to the day we picked up (dropped off rental car, excellent). We were very impressed and pleased.

From the time I walked in the door, during the examination of my vehicle, to updates, to checking out. The staff was very friendly and didn't rush you in and out. Torrence, the tech, took the time to listen and understood that I Love my car and take very good car of it. And he did the same. It was a pleasant experience. Good on USAA for partnering with you.
