Richard Gray from the White Plains, MD location kept me updated every step of the way. He would call minutes after I had gotten the text updates. He went above and beyond to keep me informed and to ensure I understood everything. The folks at Caliber Collision White Plains, did an AMAZING job. My car looked like it was brand new. They even removed dings and dents that were not even associated with the accident, at a very reasonable cost. My hat is off to Richard Gray and the rest of the staff. Truly a pleasure to do business with them, and I'll be sure to send my friends there.
