I received a text stating that the work on my truck had been completed. I called the next morning to confirm and the lady I spoke with told me that my car was finished and that I couldn't of come and pick it up. So, after turning my rental car in, and getting a ride to the shop, I arrive only to be told that my car wasn't finished. I wasn't happy at all to hear that. So I had to have someone take me to meet my wife so she could take me back to work. She then had to change her plans to go and pay for the work later that afternoon when the work was completed and then we had to go back the next day to pick my truck up. So your folks should double check before they tell someone their vehicle has been completed. Other than that, my truck was repaired in a timely manner and was kept up to date as the work was being done.
