The whole process was so easy from making an appt to dropping my car off and getting it back in a timely matter. John was great at communicating where my car was in the process. They did such a great job on my car. It looks brand new!! I was very impressed with the everything start to finish. They made such a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Not only that they made absolutely sure that my vehicle got the parts needed to bring it back to its original standard and that included getting the windshield brought in from south Florida. My repair was completed perfectly and in a timely manner! I was able to pick up my car several days earlier than the estimated pickup date, and everything looks great. My car honestly looks better than it did before the accident, and they went above and beyond and even cleaned my car in areas where it had been brought it in dirty, which was a lovely surprise! I appreciate the time and effort that went into repairing my car and making it look brand new!
