Repair looks perfect! Roger and his team are wonderful to work with, fight for the customer with insurance and both times I’ve had my car in the shop, they have finished ahead of schedule. I worked for a body shop almost 30 years ago and getting cars out on time was always a challenge. Communication could’ve been better. There was no communication on updates for my vehicle repair status. I was told I would receive a phone call when the parts for my repair arrived to the shop, however I did not. Any time I called the shop with questions, I was told I could only talk to my specific service representative. Most of the times, this person was out of the office and I was told I had to wait for a call back from them, which often took multiple hours.

Shop was difficult to communicate with about repairs and status of vehicle during repairs. Every phone call I made, I was told only my specific service representative could speak to me and I would have to wait for a call back- which generally took hours to receive.

Once it got to the Winter Garden shop, it was fantastic. The Kissimmee shop left a lot to be desired, but Winter Garden folks were great. Communicated well, helpful, went above and beyond to assist.

Rodger was great! Caliber did a great job and treated me professionally. The only thing I would improve on is the automated system that continues to update completion time frames. With the supply chain issues the system kept resetting delivery/completion dates. It would be best to get a one time realistic date.
