Honestly, it was a fast and good experience but I probably wouldn’t come back so I wouldn’t recommend. (Just because of the scratch that appeared after I dropped off my car) If I were to recommend I would inform them to take pictures of EVERYTHING before dropping it off. (I only had pictures of the incident but not my whole car)

The final product was great. There was a bit of a rocky situation where I had to leave my car for them to fix some other things but I’m happy with the final product.

Customer service was great. Although usually no one was at the front desk but that may be because of the summer and maybe it’s not as busy. I wish someone would have called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to call to confirm.

I have dealt with a number of body shops over the years. The team at Caliber, Zionsville were awesome. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. The way that they keep their customers informed was refreshing these days. Finally, they delivered the completed repair on time and on an “as agreed” cost. I couldn’t recommend this team more.

The work on my van was finished very professionally, I was kept updated along the way, the interior of my van was cleaned when I picked it up, and they finished a week before my estimated deadline. They are such nice, courteous and professional people to deal with.
