The communication regarding the reality of the timeline was horrible. The person we were in contact with continuously said it would be done "by the end of next week" and did not deliver. When speaking to him it would be excuse after excuse without taking accountability.

This is my Husbands car and the side it got hit it’s still not right so can something be done about it no alignment has really been done on the vehicle it’s still not right. It needs a wheel 🛞 alignment

During the process after an accident, they were the only 10 in the process. Can’t give the insurance or the sheriff ‘s dept a 10 at all.
