When my car was hit I was devastated. This is the 1st nice car I've ever owned and I work hard to take care of it. The time and effort that the team members at CS ARA Everett took to keep me updated, do a fast and professional job while doing absolute fantastic body work on my Jetta was what made this horrible experience easier. The receptionists always called me back in a timely manner and were so informative about the work that was being done. The team members who did the body work made my car look brand new and I am more than highly satisfied. If I ever need collision work done in the future this is the only shop I'll go to. Thank you to each and every person who made this experience an enjoyable one instead of a hassle! I appreciate all of you.

The service and communication were great! My only suggestion would be to communicate sooner if something can’t be completed. I had mentioned that replacing my ultrasonic animal/rodent deterrent speakers was important to me, so it would have been helpful to know before pickup that I’d need to have them replaced separately. Overall, I had a great experience.
