10 for customer service and quality of repair. My only reason for a 9 is I found out after my daughter had a cracked windsheild that although not related to the accident, would have been nice to get it all taken care of at once and we could have filed a claim for that at the same time. Otherwise 100% confidence in Carstar and have been a repeat customer and made multiple referrals for years.
