Depends upon how the loose bolt matter is handled. It would be easy to respond with a 10 because the work looks great. However if I hadn’t found the loose bolts, I don’t know, vibrations and noise could have become rather annoying.

I selected #4 to get your attention. Looking over the work I could see, I was ready to give y’all a 10! 😊 BUT, I found a small ratchet wrench still in place on a fender mount bolt which was loose. Fortunately the wrench was held in place by an electrical wire. Upon closer examination, I found both bolts only finger tight, NOT at all adequately tightened! I have countless times done something like this, so I am not upset or accusing anyone of poor workmanship. However, this mistake or oversight does not give me confidence that all the other bolts, attachments, etc are secured properly. I did my best to check out everything I could see with a flashlight and all appears to be in order. I would appreciate your comments on this. BTW - this is Nelson , Linda’s husband, just returning from abroad.

my only comment is to ensure headlight settings are returned to what they were as I didn't realize my lights weren't on "auto" at night which caused some problems for other drivers. I also had a loose piece in the car that I don't know where it came from

I am very satified with the repair. The color match and the fitment fits perfectly on my Dodge charger. The team and the estimator David gave me a clear time frame when the repair will be done and it was exactly the date the repair was done. Actually it was a day earlier in fact, when it was completed. There was issue of the parts/incorrect but I saw no issue there because I wanted done correctly regardless of the time frame. Overall experience I am very happy and great team and awesome communication via text and call. Thank you all you guys.

This is my third time having CarStar repair one of my vehicles. Carrie has been absolutely amazing to work with, her communication is exceptional and very accommodating to my schedule. Adam is also awesome, he explains the procedures thoroughly and gave me peace of mind that my car would be fixed properly. I’ve received consistently great service each and every time. I have an auto repair shop who I trust and respect, that’s not easy to do!
