When I picked up the car, the person at the front was busy attending to another customer. I waited there for over five minutes without a word from him, not even a simple acknowledgment that he would assist me soon or that he would call someone for help. He just left me standing there and even walked away with the previous customer without saying hello or anything until the lady inside saw me then she taking care of me :)
