I didn’t like having to wait over a week to get any information on my car. I had to call and ask. I realize that the app is intended to keep you updated, but when there’s no change, it’s hard to know what’s going on.

I was initially told they didn't do a lot of "just paint" repairs (I didn't need actual body work), but a service advisor came out to look at it, and was totally willing to get it in for the paint repair. Very awesome!
