Car was a mess... serge everwhere...like Greece or something.. also there was a scratch or something on the part that was replaced.. I had the guy buff it out.

No call reminders like said. Also they had grease or whaterver like all over car.. also a scatch on what they just repaired. But I had a guy buff it out before I left. Also a scratch on back not sure if it was there before....

I am satisfied with the physical repairs Although I noticed some changes to the sound of my speakers on the right side of the passenger door..it has a static sound whenever I’m listening to music.

The communication was better than average but the last communication I received said it was still being assembled then the next day I received a message saying it was finished and waiting for pickup. It would have been nice on the last message to be advised it was still being assembled and expected to be ready the next day (this would have made my planning for the pickup date a little smoother). But I was very impressed with your business and plan to recommend your business to others.

The communication was sent twice weekly keeping me up to date on the progress of the work but the last communication sent advised me they were still working on it but the next day they said it was finished. Perhaps the last communication could’ve given a possible expected finish date.
