With lead times on parts and labor shortages I'm grateful you took my van at all, (not to mention how unfun it is to work on pro-masters). But across the board right now pros providing any kind of service are spread thin and they offer a 'too fuc**** bad, take it or leave it' kind of attitude. And it's fair at this moment in history. But your good care taking felt like the good old days. Thank you for the updates, the professionalism, and for conveying an appreciation for my business. Maybe the future holds some what we miss from the past. Anyway, it's been 3 days now and the wheels still haven't fallen off. So thanks. You rock.

Everyone was so nice, the only criticism was not getting told how long it topically takes. Was told a week in they tell people about two weeks. But other than that I felt very taken care of

The tail light access panels were not fully reinstalled & the items in the cargo area cubbies were piled up in the cargo area.
