The actual repair work looks fine, but the roof rails needed to be removed for the repair. I was unaware of this. My roof rails are custom dipped (blacked out). The custom job is now ruined because of less-than-careful removal. The black has been scraped off in several places. Someone should have called me to tell me this and/or get approval. Photos can be submitted at request.

Repair was fine, but roof racks needed to be removed. Custom black dip job was ruined because of careless removal. Nobody called me or anything. Won’t be coming back. Communication would have been nice.

Paint already has a 3 1/2 foot long crack underneath the body line on the door. Water is already behind the paint. And that’s how I got it right before I drove it off of their lot, there are a few other issues also.

But I wound warn them that shop is challenging to find because of lack of signage on 99. Also that area looks sketchy because of trash dumped on and around entrance on 108th street, which is hardly recognizable as a street. It was concerning to me and made me wonder if I had the right place while driving in.

Excellent work. The only thing I would ask for would be updates on the progress of the repair before it was completed. I was very surprised when you called to say it was done because it was days earlier than I had expected.

Even though the parts took forever and I ended up without a car for a week I am happy with the paint job. It looks better than before my car accident. The staff were super friendly and didn't seem irritated by my million calls to the shop.
