Not very accommodating in two areas. 1) A 7 mile ride dropping me back to my home upon dropping my car off. That was a small request. 2) And then not accommodating with a bit of touch up paint. This seems like a small thing to provide if good customer service is your goal. Both of these I requested in advance via the phone, and/or front desk & with David. Otherwise all very good. The dirty & derelict like area around the shop is a negative. Since I had to call an Uber even though I gave an exact name & address it didn't try to come down that way. Then I had to leave by foot. It is a creepy area. That's why this accommodation should be a part of your service I feel. It's harder to recommend you fully due to these considerations.

I had my BMW X5 repaired at CARSTAR Ara Everett. The repair was completed, but the handling of my vehicle was unacceptable. My car was returned with more than 50 additional miles, without prior notice or clear documentation explaining when, where, or by whom it was driven. I was later told it is unknown whether the vehicle was used for personal purposes, which is very concerning. The vehicle was also returned dirty, with new interior marks that were not present at drop-off. I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability, none of which were provided.

Carstar Everett are amazing. Their communication is always on time with frequent updates on status, they make it completely easy for me with rental car and the insurance company. Most importantly, repairs are flawless. You wouldn’t remember where the damage on your car was. I have unfortunately needed to use them 4 or 5 times over the years, January 2026 most recently.
