The results of the repair were excellent however it took 3 weeks.. I was upset that I didn’t have the use of my car for that long especially without being given a commitment on the return of my car by a specific date.

Only a matter of understanding delay occurs because of parts supply ..from there car star make sure you get back on the road" pap" immediately..

I was satisifed with the work done but would have appreciated an option to drop off my car only after the parts had been ordered and delivered. While I recognize that supply chain issues have caused delays in the availability of parts, I'm not sure why my car had to be in the shop for over a week waiting for parts to come in. Because of this delay, I incurred additional rental car charges that were not reimbursed by insurance.
