The work was perfect. It's not a 10 because I got a message saying the car wouldn't be ready for 10 more days, then suddenly got the great news it WAS ready, but that news came 25 minutes before closing time so I had to rush in bad traffic as I was told if I was 5 or 10 minutes late only it would be ok
