Estimate could’ve been broken into the two scenarios for better consideration on cost. Confusion on start date. All other work was clear except one piece of the car was found in the trunk. I reinstalled it myself.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I picked up my vehicle after the bumper repair and repaint, I immediately discovered that the front camera was no longer working. The 360° camera system now displays a pink crossed-out camera icon indicating that the front camera is unavailable. This issue did not exist before the repair. I called as soon as I noticed the problem, but it has now been several days and no one has returned my call. In addition, there is a noticeable misalignment where the rear bumper meets the rest of the vehicle. The representative repeatedly claimed that this is due to prior damage to the bumper. While there was some minor pre-existing damage, the specific issue I am pointing out—a clear misalignment of the bumper with the rest of the body—was not present before the repair. This is evident in the original photos the company took of my vehicle before beginning the work. What was most frustrating was the way my concerns were handled. Rather than reviewing the photos or considering the possibility that the repair introduced a new issue, the representative immediately dismissed my concerns, insisted it was pre-existing damage, was very short with me, and was unwilling to consider my point of view. I expected a professional discussion and a willingness to investigate the issue, but instead I felt ignored and brushed aside. I trusted this company to restore my vehicle to its pre-repair condition. Instead, I received my vehicle back with a non-functioning front camera, an apparent bumper misalignment, and poor customer service. The lack of communication and failure to return my calls has only added to my frustration.

Carstar made it easy for me to drop my car off for repairs after an accident. They are very professional and thorough and I especially appreciated that they work directly with Enterprise so it was very easy for me to pick up and drop off the rental car that I needed. My repairs were completed within the week and everything was fixed perfectly. It’s obvious that they pride themselves on excellent customer service. We are very satisfied with the job they did.
