Carstar made it easy for me to drop my car off for repairs after an accident. They are very professional and thorough and I especially appreciated that they work directly with Enterprise so it was very easy for me to pick up and drop off the rental car that I needed. My repairs were completed within the week and everything was fixed perfectly. It’s obvious that they pride themselves on excellent customer service. We are very satisfied with the job they did.

The car looks great again and the repair was done much earlier than the original estimated time. Particularly appreciated the removal of the passenger side “dings”. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and Cinthia, both were very professional.
