Horrible customer service; instead of figuring out what parts they’d need, ordering them, and then having me bring my car back once they were in to get the work done, they disassembled my car WITHOUT telling me, refused to provide an estimate for the work or a parts list, took 2 weeks to get bumper clips that can be ordered overnight, and forced me to waste $1000 for a work car rental for 3 weeks for work that should’ve only taken 1-3 days. Worst experience ever.

Horrible communication. Did a bunch of work that still makes no sense to me. Never provided me with an estimate nor parts list as required by law. Dismantled my car without telling me and knowing they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t get them for 7-14 days (without telling me or giving me the option to take my car home and schedule the repair only AFTER the parts came in). Illegally refused to return my car for 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days.

Your team didn’t fix my car, left my Hood unlevel, and won’t respond to multiple emails or phone calls to both Sarah and Lauren. The repairs that took place seem fine, but the explanation for leaving my car the way it is… terrible. I will be telling all of my friends to avoid using your service after lack of response to the issues at hand.
