Terrible communication, new scratch made on the front passenger side while car was in your care and you are not making any effort to repair it in a timely manner. The repairs made to the dents and scrapes from the accident seem good so I am giving you 2 points for that.

Although I stressed that the phone number you have for me is a landline and cannot receive texts, apparently any updates on my car were texted (and not received) so I had to call and come in to learn about any progress made on the repairs. When was the car ready? My insurance agent received info that I had the car on May 29th, but I didn't get word it was ready until June 1st. In fact, on May 29 when I was at CarStar Ballard I was actually told the June 12th date was still to be expected--although it could be a little sooner!
