Carstar took great care with my car. You would never know that someone hit my Jetta. It took awhile, but worth it. They even cleaned my mats & sprayed "new car" smell!

Repair looks great and detailing inside also; just waiting to see why the tire pressure light is on, presumably from the replacement of a tire. Hadn't been on during the month or so after the incident and before the car was dropped off. Misty working on this.

Quality of repairs seems quite good. Understanding where I was in the repair process required near-constant effort on my part, as updates were frequently not provided unless I initiated contact. Also, the repairs, which were not extensive, took over two weeks to complete. Lastly, non-damaged parts ended up being broken during the repair process, and I had to bear the replacement cost. This car is less than two years old with no repair history, so I suspect greater care exercised in disassembly could have avoided this expense.

It took longer than -- I won't say promised -- but indicated. I dropped off on Tuesday and, as near as I could tell, work didn't start until Friday. Could have used the car in the meantime. Also, a lot of water on the floor mats and moisture in the car. The work itself is beautiful.
