During the estimate process as well as the drop off appointment, I specifically mentioned the need to get not only the wheel but also the tire replaced. When I went to pick up my car, the tire had not been replaced. I'm going to have to go back once the tire is in and get it installed.

My only comment is that I would have appreciated having a loner car. And to be honest I left town the morning after I picked up my car so I really have not looked at it closely but I will do that when I get back in town next week. Thanks for asking!

The wait time and time in shop is way too long, great work and I appreciate the cleaning of my car, but my accident happened in July and the car is fixed and returned in October. Once again the work was great and the people are very nice. The wait is just ridiculous

My car was fixed and it looked beautiful, but the techs left gunk on the body and white paint overspray on my window seal. I didn’t find that very professional and will not be taking my car back here.

When we got our car back, the gas line was cut. We had to get it towed back to the shop just hours after picking it up. It’s very frustrating that this happened in the first place, but especially that they didn’t catch this before giving us our car. Jay has been helpful and communicative, but this has been very frustrating.
