The repairs on my car were done professionally and really restored the rear of my Mercedes after someone rearended my car. The constant communication from Carstar from the estimate, dropoff appointment, status updates and pickup appointment notification was excellent. Very good real time status without needing to talk to an actual person.

Car final finish was nice. Car was clean and tires cleaned. Air conditioning fluid topped off which was not expected. Kayla provid Uber ride home when I was unable to get my app working. Too bad the grille was used

I’ve set my trip odometer to zero before I dropped it off at your body shop. When I came back to pick up the car someone has driven it for 15 miles. Also, on the invoice, you did not put down the mileage. I should’ve checked the invoice before i gave my car key to you. Every disappointed. Can’t trust you guys anymore. You guys did the excellent job on repairing. So, instead of giving 1, I’m giving you guys 6, Good luck with your business.
