Yes I rarely complete surveys but the service provided by Kayla Ortega was excellent. She took the time to provide a preliminary quote when I brought my car in and then helped me to navigate the entire insurance process. She was in communication with me the entire time and the entire process went smoothly. In the end the cost was below the original estimate. I would definitely return to carstar again.

I had a great experience with Carstar Campbell in large part due to the excellent service I received from Kayla Ortega. Kayla is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and timely in setting clear expectations with her clients. The day I dropped my car off we walked through my car and the damage and discussed the repairs I was interested in and she prepared the estimate on site so we could review and discuss before I made a final decision. I was going out of the country so Kayla asked how I preferred to get communication (text or email) from her on the cars progress and I received regular timely email updates on the progress of my car and it was ready the day we had schedule for me to pick up as planned three+ weeks prior. I can't say enough about Kayla, her professionalism, attention to detail, and fantastic customer service. Carstar Campbell is lucky to have such a gifted appraiser and customer facing professional. She understands your business well and the needs of customers.

It took longer than I anticipated. The drivers side front bumper is not as flush as the passenger side front bumper. It is the same with the tire wheel mount.
