You need to let people know ahead of time about the readiness of the situation. There is no way people will take off work with no warning to pickup the repaired car.

The repair job looks great. The only issue is there is a bad air leak coming through the driver side door that was repaired. I brought it in last week to get a part put on that was missing and the tech tried to fix the issue with some tape, which worked for about 1 day, but then it started making a kazoo like chirring sound then due to that same bad air leak. That chirring sound eventually stopped but there is still a lot of wind noise inside the car. It sounds like the window is cracked or the door is misaligned.

I had a great experience with CARSTAR CNZ Body & Paint after my car was involved in a fender bender. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready by the following Monday, which was much faster than I expected. The team communicated very well throughout the entire process and kept me updated. The repairs look amazing and the paint job came out perfect. My car looks like nothing ever happened. Lina at the front desk was especially helpful, professional, and very kind from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!
